Step 1: Contact us to begin

Please inform our customer service of your customization requirements. Upon receiving your requests, we will start customizing for you. Usually, we will send you a sample image for confirmation within 1 working day. Please pay attention to online messages or emails.

However, if the bouquet you desire involves flower types that our store doesn't have, we will need an additional 3 to 5 days for production, and there might be a partial deposit required from you.

Step 2: Confirm the custom sample image

If you are satisfied with the custom sample image, we will create a listing based on the price confirmed with you for payment. After you complete the payment, we will arrange shipment immediately.

If you are not satisfied with the custom sample image, we will continue adjusting until you are satisfied. If you ultimately decide to cancel the customization, we will fully refund the deposit (if any).

Step 3: Wait for delivery

After shipment, we will inform you of the courier service and tracking number.

Please note that custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
